Beef, Cheddar, and Beet Burger

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Warm and lightly toast the buns in the oven.
  • 2.   Slice the beetroot into very thin slices. Slice the tomato.
  • 3.   Spread cheese on all the Rigolo Burger buns and place a few lettuce leaves on the bottom buns.
  • 4.   Cook the beef patties in a pan with a little oil: once one side is cooked, flip the patties and place a slice of cheddar on top to melt, until the patty is cooked to your liking (rare, medium, or well-done).
  • 5.   Place the patties and cheddar on the lettuce, then add the slices of tomato and beetroot.
  • 6.   Cover with the top bun.
