Slimming Turkey Escalopes with Mushrooms

A slimming recipe with turkey escalopes and a low-fat cream mushroom sauce. Here is a delicious and easy-to-make recipe. You can serve it with potatoes or brown rice, for example.

  • 1.   Clean the mushrooms and cut them into quarters. Chop the chives. Heat the olive oil in a sauté pan, add the mushrooms and sauté them over high heat. Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with half of the chives, add the cream. Mix well and let it cook over very low heat.
  • 2.   Melt the butter in a skillet, place the turkey escalopes and brown them over high heat on both sides. Reduce the heat and continue cooking for 15 minutes, turning the escalopes regularly. At the end of cooking, add 1 capsule of MAGGI® Low-Fat Chicken BOUILLON® and let the capsule melt.
  • 3.   Divide the mushrooms onto plates, add the escalopes, sprinkle with the remaining chives and serve your slimming recipe immediately.

  • 6 turkey cutlets
  • 500 g of button mushroom
  • 15 cl of semi-thick cream
  • 20 g of butter
  • 1 chives
  • 2 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 chicken broth
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
