Smoked salmon cream toasts

Instructions

  • 1.   Toast the slices of white bread and cut them into 4 pieces.
  • 2.   Cut the smoked salmon into small squares, about 5 mm x 5 mm.
  • 3.   In a bowl, mix the sour cream, lemon juice, and dill.
  • 4.   Add the smoked salmon and gently mix.
  • 5.   Using 2 teaspoons, place small dollops of the mixture on the bread slices.
  • 6.   And there you have it, enjoy!
