Instructions

  • 1.   Wash and peel the potatoes.
  • 2.   Cook them in a pot until a knife easily goes through.
  • 3.   Let them cool down.
  • 4.   Cut them into pieces. Set aside.
  • 5.   Peel and slice the onion.
  • 6.   In a non-stick pan, sauté the onion and ham cubes.
  • 7.   Mix with the potatoes and 2 tablespoons of cream.
  • 8.   Pour into the baking dish.
  • 9.   Cut the reblochon and mozzarella into very thin slices and distribute them in the dish.
  • 10.   Bake for 30 minutes in the oven and enjoy.
