Instructions
1. Wash and peel the potatoes.
2. Cook them in a pot until a knife easily goes through.
3. Let them cool down.
4. Cut them into pieces. Set aside.
5. Peel and slice the onion.
6. In a non-stick pan, sauté the onion and ham cubes.
7. Mix with the potatoes and 2 tablespoons of cream.
8. Pour into the baking dish.
9. Cut the reblochon and mozzarella into very thin slices and distribute them in the dish.
10. Bake for 30 minutes in the oven and enjoy.
