2. Peel and wash the onion, then finely chop it on a cutting board.
3. Wash the zucchini and cut them into pieces without peeling them.

7. Using a sharp knife, cut the salmon into small pieces.
8. Take your tart pan and line it with the pie crust.
9. Spread mustard over the crust.
10. Crack the eggs into a bowl.
11. Beat them with a whisk, adding 2 tablespoons of sour cream and dill.
12. Mix well, then add the smoked salmon pieces, zucchini, and onions.
13. Season with salt and pepper.
14. Stir well, then pour everything onto the crust.
15. Bake for 35 minutes.
