Zucchini, Smoked Salmon, and Sour Cream Tart

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • 2.   Peel and wash the onion, then finely chop it on a cutting board.
  • 3.   Wash the zucchini and cut them into pieces without peeling them.
  • 4.   Pour oil into a pan over medium heat.
  • 5.   Sauté these 2 vegetables in the pan.
  • 6.   Once they are dry after releasing their water, drain them.
  • 7.   Using a sharp knife, cut the salmon into small pieces.
  • 8.   Take your tart pan and line it with the pie crust.
  • 9.   Spread mustard over the crust.
  • 10.   Crack the eggs into a bowl.
  • 11.   Beat them with a whisk, adding 2 tablespoons of sour cream and dill.
  • 12.   Mix well, then add the smoked salmon pieces, zucchini, and onions.
  • 13.   Season with salt and pepper.
  • 14.   Stir well, then pour everything onto the crust.
  • 15.   Bake for 35 minutes.
