1. 1. In a small bowl, mix the cream cheese, sour cream, chopped dill, crushed pink peppercorns, salt, and pepper.
2. 2. Line the 16 cavities of a mini-sphere mold (or cake pops mold) with strips of smoked salmon. Fill with the cream cheese mixture. Fold the salmon if necessary. Freeze until firm (about 20 minutes).
3. 3. Warm the blinis in a moderate oven (160 °C) or toaster. Using a round cutter of the same diameter as the half-spheres, cut out circles from the blinis.
4. 4. Unmold the half-spheres. Place them on the blinis and secure with toothpicks.
