1. Finely chop the garlic and onions. Sauté them in a pan with a drop of olive oil.
2. Once they are golden, add the tuna and cook.
3. Slice the tomatoes and add them to the pan with the tuna. Let it simmer until the juice is absorbed.
4. Add salt, pepper, cumin, and curry to taste.
5. Cut the phyllo pastry into strips.
6. Place some filling on a strip of phyllo pastry and fold it into a triangle.
7. Brush each samosa with egg yolk to seal the phyllo pastry.
8. Cook them in a pan with a little olive oil.
