Shrimp Farfalle Salad

Instructions

  • 1.   Cook the farfalle pasta al dente in salted boiling water.
  • 2.   Drain, quickly rinse under cold water, and set aside.
  • 3.   Mix the yogurt with lemon juice, olive oil, chopped herbs, and paprika (if using).
    Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • 4.   Season the pasta with this mixture, then add the shrimp, cherry tomatoes, and lettuce leaves (or spinach sprouts).
  • 5.   Mix everything carefully.
  • 6.   Sprinkle with salmon roe and serve chilled.
