Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (th.7).
2. Peel and dice the carrots. Peel the zucchini and slice it into rounds. Peel and finely chop the onion. Cut the smoked salmon into cubes.
3. Heat the oil in a pan, then add the carrots, onions, salt, pepper, oregano, and cumin.
4. Let it cook for 10 minutes over medium heat.
5. Meanwhile, whisk the eggs with the cream in a bowl. Add the flour, salt, and pepper, and mix well.
6. Incorporate the warm milk, grated cheese, and nutmeg, and mix.
7. Add the salmon, carrots, and onion.
8. Spread the mixture into a quiche dish.
9. Place the zucchini slices flat on top, without pressing down, and bake for 30 minutes.
