1. Wash the cabbage.
2. On a cutting board, cut it into 4 pieces and pull off the leaves.
3. Peel and wash the carrots, then cut them into slices.
4. Peel and wash the potatoes, then cut them into pieces.
5. Peel and wash the onion, then slice it.
6. Peel and wash the garlic, then finely chop it with a knife.
7. Wash the parsley, then chop it.
8. Pour water into a saucepan, then bring it to a boil over high heat.
9. Add the cabbage to the boiling water, then blanch it for 10 minutes.
10. Heat the fat in a pressure cooker.
11. Once the fat is hot, fry the onion in it.
12. Add the cabbage leaves, carrots, potatoes, bacon slices, sausages, garlic, 2 tablespoons of parsley, salt, and a little pepper.
13. Cover all these ingredients with water until halfway up.
14. Stir well, then cook covered for 30 minutes from the rotation of the valve.
15. At the end of this cooking time, open your pressure cooker and let the cooking continue for an additional 10 minutes.
