Instructions

  • 1.   1. Preheat the oven to 210 °C (425 °F). Remove the rind from the goat cheese and cut it into slices. Remove the fat from the duck breast.
  • 2.   2. Unroll the dough and spread the cream on top, leaving a 1 cm (0.4 inch) border. Top with the goat cheese and duck breast slices, alternating them. Sprinkle with raisins. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon of honey and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
  • 3.   3. Mix the remaining honey with the vinegar. Once out of the oven, scatter the spinach leaves over the pizza and drizzle with the honey vinaigrette. Serve immediately.
