Instructions

  • 1.   Squeeze the lemons to extract the juice.
  • 2.   Wash and finely chop the herbs.
  • 3.   Add 1 tablespoon of chives and 1 tablespoon of dill.
  • 4.   Season with salt and pepper.
  • 5.   Place the salmon in the marinade and let it marinate for about 15 minutes.
  • 6.   Add the remaining herbs to the cottage cheese.
  • 7.   In a plate, mash the goat cheese with a fork and incorporate the cottage cheese mixture.
  • 8.   Lay 4 sheets of plastic wrap on a work surface and place the drained marinated salmon slices on them. Spread the goat cheese mixture in the center of each slice.
  • 9.   Roll into a sausage shape and tightly seal both ends.
  • 10.   Refrigerate for 1 hour.
  • 11.   After an hour, remove the plastic wrap and cut the obtained sausages into 2 cm pieces (use a wooden pick if necessary to hold them together).
  • 12.   Roll them in sesame seeds and arrange them on a dish.
  • 13.   Serve.
