Instructions

  • 1.   Peel the asparagus, rinse them, and slice them lengthwise. Cut the ham into thin strips.
  • 2.   In a bowl, beat the eggs into an omelette, add the cream, salt, and pepper.
  • 3.   In a sauté pan, heat the butter and cook the asparagus over medium heat for 4 to 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
  • 4.   Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain them and add them to the asparagus. Pour the cream mixture over them. Heat gently while stirring. Off the heat, add the ham and Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.
