Instructions

  • 1.   Wash the potatoes and cook them in salted water for about 20 minutes. Peel the potatoes and cut into cubes. Wash the zucchini and cut them into cubes, then peel the onion and chop it. In a skillet, heat the olive oil and fry for 3 minutes. Add the zucchini and cook for 6 minutes. Then add the potatoes, salt and pepper and stir and cook for a few minutes. Serve your pan fried zucchini and potato with bacon.
