  • 1.   Wash the mushrooms and slice them thinly, and chop the garlic.
    Heat the olive oil in a pan and sauté the garlic.
    Add the mushrooms, salt, pepper, and parsley, and cook for about 12 to 15 minutes. After 5 minutes, add the chorizo cut into small cubes and continue cooking.
    Meanwhile, prepare the béchamel sauce.
    Heat a little milk in a saucepan and dissolve the cornstarch in it.
    Add the remaining milk and let it boil.
    Then add the salt, pepper, nutmeg, and thicken the béchamel sauce by stirring with a wooden spoon.
    Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the package.
    Drain them and put them in a bowl.
    Add the mushrooms and chorizo, the béchamel sauce, and the grated parmesan, then mix everything well.
    Transfer everything to a gratin dish and bake for 30 minutes at 200°C.
