Instructions

  • 1.   On a kitchen sheet, cut the chicken into large pieces.
  • 2.   Peel, wash onions and chop finely.
  • 3.   Peel, wash the garlic and then pile it with salt and pepper.
  • 4.   Wash, seed the tomatoes and cut into small pieces.
  • 5.   Peel the peas.
  • 6.   Wash, peel the carrots, then cut into sticks.
  • 7.   Put a pan in the fire. Add a little oil and brown the chicken pieces.
  • 8.   Add chicken, thyme, onions and crushed garlic then let it scorch.
  • 9.   Shortly afterwards add the tomatoes, mix and cook for 10 min.
  • 10.   Then add the carrots and the peas and mix again.
  • 11.   Wet your preparation with a little water then simmer with cover for 30 min on a low fire.
  • 12.   Watch out for vegetables.
  • 13.   Wash and finely chop the parsley.
  • 14.   Once cooked, serve your preparation by sprinkling with chopped parsley.
