Tuna, Surimi, Ham, and Mozzarella Pasta Salad

Instructions

  • 1.   In a saucepan, cook the pasta in salted boiling water.
  • 2.   While the pasta is cooking, pour 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise onto a plate and mix it with the tuna.
  • 3.   Wash the tomatoes and cut them into small cubes on a cutting board.
  • 4.   Drizzle them with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1 tablespoon of vinegar, and add 1 teaspoon of Herbes de Provence.
  • 5.   Season with salt and pepper.
  • 6.   Let it marinate.
  • 7.   Peel and chop the shallot, then wash it and cut it into pieces on a cutting board.
  • 8.   Reserve the pieces in a bowl.
  • 9.   Then cut the surimi and mozzarella into pieces.
  • 10.   Clean the basil and chop it.
  • 11.   Rinse the cooked pasta under cold water to cool it quickly.
  • 12.   Mix it in a salad bowl with the tuna and mayonnaise mixture.
  • 13.   Add the pieces of shallot, surimi, and mozzarella, then pour the corn on top.
  • 14.   Mix well.
  • 15.   Incorporate the ham cubes as well as the tomatoes and their juice into the mixture.
  • 16.   Stir everything together and sprinkle the desired amount of basil on your salad.
  • 17.   Drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil to finish.
  • 18.   Mix again and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  • 19.   Serve chilled.
