Tagliatelle with carbonara

Step 1 Put 1.5 liters of salted water to boil. Step 2 In a frying pan, heat bacon and mushrooms over high heat, without fat. Step 3 When the contents of the pan are golden, add the cream. Step 4 When the cream is boiling, stop the heat and add the grated cheese; stir. Step 5 Cook the pasta in a pan of boiling salted water, the time indicated on the packet. Step 6 Drain the pasta, arrange in 4 plates, then pour the sauce over. Step 7 Serve immediately. Guaranteed success, student's speech not rich! Author's note For gourmets, without adding calories, I flavor the sauce with a sprig of chopped chives, or oregano for purists ;-) I add my grain of salt
