Carbonara Tagliatelle

Step 1 Bring 1.5 liters of salted water to a boil. Step 2 In a pan, heat the bacon and mushrooms over high heat, without any fat. Step 3 When the contents of the pan are golden, add the fresh cream. Step 4 When the fresh cream is boiling, remove from heat and add the grated cheese; stir. Step 5 Cook the pasta in a pot of boiling salted water for the time indicated on the package. Step 6 Drain the pasta, place them in 4 plates, then pour the sauce over them. Step 7 Serve immediately. Guaranteed success, word of a not-rich student! Author's note For those with a sweet tooth, without adding calories, I flavor the sauce with a bit of chopped chives, or oregano for purists ;-) I add my two cents

    In the ingredients, it is stated that only 5 fruits are needed, but in the explanation, vanilla, orange, anise, etc. are mentioned, which are not in the recipe.
