Instructions

  • 1.   1. Detach the bouquets of cauliflower, rinse them and cook for 15 minutes steaming.
  • 2.   2. Preheat the oven to 210 ° C (th.7). Heat the butter in a saucepan and add the flour to the rain and mix. Pour the milk and let thicken over low heat without stirring with a wooden spoon. Season with salt and pepper and add the nutmeg.
  • 3.   3. Remove the rind of the reblochon and cut it into strips. Detail the ham into strips. Arrange the bouquets of cauliflower in a gratin dish, add the reblochon and ham and cover with bechamel sauce.
  • 4.   4. Bake and brown for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve hot.
  • 5.   Tip: You can replace half of the white ham with strips of raw ham.
