Instructions

  • 1.   1. Sprinkle the chicken breasts with spices and salt. In a pan, heat the oil and brown them on all sides for 10 minutes. Take the flesh out of the avocados, cut it into slices and drizzle with lime juice. Season with salt and pepper.
  • 2.   2. Grate the carrots, slice the celery lengthwise. Cut the tomatoes into thin quarters.
  • 3.   3. Warm up the tortillas in the microwave. Fill them with avocado, sliced chicken, tomatoes, carrots, celery, and torn basil. Roll them up and serve immediately.
