Instructions

  • 1.   Cook all the vegetables in a pressure cooker. Blend the biscuit crumbs with the butter, gorgonzola cheese, and flour. If you want a crumble that crumbles less, add more butter. Brown the chicken breasts with bacon strips in a teaspoon of olive oil. In a dish, pour the vegetables, then the meat. Cover with the crumble mixture. Bake for 20 minutes at 200 °C (392 °F).
