Light Millefeuille with Potato-Ricotta and Grisons Meat

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 200°C (th.7)
  • 2.   In a pot of boiling water, cook the peeled potatoes for about 20 minutes. Test the doneness with the tip of a knife.
  • 3.   *-Prepare the filling:
  • 4.   Wash and cut the mushrooms and tomatoes into small pieces.
  • 5.   Cut half of the Grisons meat slices into thin strips.
  • 6.   In a bowl, crumble the ricotta. Season with salt and pepper.
  • 7.   Add the vegetables and Grisons meat, as well as the chopped basil.
  • 8.   *-Assemble the millefeuille:
  • 9.   Once the potatoes are cooked, slice them into thin slices.
  • 10.   Rub a gratin dish with the garlic clove.
  • 11.   Layer the millefeuille in the dish as follows: 1 layer of potatoes, 1 layer of filling, 1 layer of potatoes.
  • 12.   Place the remaining Grisons meat on top.
  • 13.   Sprinkle the whole thing with reduced-fat grated cheese.
  • 14.   Bake for 20 minutes until the cheese is nicely browned.
  • 15.   Enjoy.
