Instructions

  • 1.   Cut the buns in half horizontally.
  • 2.   Wash the tomatoes and cut them into thin slices.
  • 3.   Wash and dry the lettuce leaves.
  • 4.   Peel the onion and finely chop it.
  • 5.   Drain and then cut the mozzarella ball into slices.
  • 6.   Cut the pickles into slices.

  • 8.   Meanwhile, prepare the sauce for your low-fat hamburgers: wash, dry, and finely chop the chives. In a bowl, mix the yogurt, mustard, and chopped chives.
  • 9.   Assemble your low-fat hamburgers: spread the yogurt and mustard sauce on 4 halves of the hamburger buns, then place on each one: a lettuce leaf, a hamburger patty, a slice of mozzarella, tomato and pickle slices, and chopped onion.
  • 10.   Finish your low-fat hamburgers with a lettuce leaf before closing them with the remaining 4 halves of the hamburger buns.
  • 11.   Serve immediately and enjoy while hot.
