Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 350-425ºF (180-220ºC).
  • 2.   Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Peel and slice the onion.
  • 3.   Then, heat the spinach in a saucepan with 2 tablespoons of light cream.
  • 4.   Meanwhile, fry the bacon and onion in a non-stick skillet.
  • 5.   Drain the pasta.
  • 6.   Spread the pasta in a baking dish. Then, pour in the spinach, bacon, onion, and add a thin layer of gruyere cheese. Bake for 10 minutes.
  • 7.   Serve.
