Instructions

  • 1.   Clean the cauliflower and cut it into florets.
    Cook them in salted water for about ten minutes, then drain well.
  • 2.   Bring the milk and cream to a boil in a saucepan, then add the bacon, half of the Parmesan, and remove from heat.
    Add the mustard, season lightly with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Mix well and let it cool for 15 minutes.
  • 3.   Arrange the cauliflower florets in a gratin dish, pour the sauce over them, and sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan.
    Bake at 200°C (400°F) for 10 to 15 minutes, then serve immediately.

  • 150 g of smoked bacon
  • 80 g of grated parmesan
  • 1 tablespoon of whole grain mustard
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg
