Instructions

  • 1.   Clean the cauliflower and detail it in bouquets. Cook them in salted water for about ten minutes and drain well.
  • 2.   Bring the milk and cream to a boil in a skillet, add the bacon, half the parmesan and cut the heat. Add the mustard, salt very lightly, pepper and muscadez. Mix and let cool for 15 minutes.
  • 3.   Place the bouquets of cauliflower in a gratin dish, pour the sauce and sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese. Bake at 200 ° C for 10 to 15 minutes and serve immediately.
