Cheesy Tuna and Pesto Pasta

Instructions

  • 1.   1. Boil the pasta. Meanwhile, place the tuna and its oil in a large bowl with the pesto. Crush with a wooden spoon. Stir in one-third of the cheese and all the tomatoes. Preheat the broiler to high heat.
  • 2.   2. When the pasta is cooked, drain it and mix it with the pesto. Pour into a shallow baking dish and top with the remaining cheese. Place the dish under the broiler for 3-4 minutes until everything is melted, then serve with a green salad and garlic bread.
