2. Dough preparation:
mix the flour
+ the egg
+ the salt
+ the sugar
+ oil
+ the yeast
+ water
and let it rest for 2 hours.
3. Mix the clusters + the dough one by one and cook in hot oil.
If the dough + flower mixture is too liquid, add some flour.
Place on paper towels to absorb the oil.
Add sugar to the hot fritters.
