Acacia Flower Fritters

Rest time: 120 minutes

Instructions

  • 1.   Wash the clusters of acacia flowers.
  • 2.   Dough preparation:
    mix the flour
    + the egg
    + the salt
    + the sugar
    + oil
    + the yeast
    + water
    and let it rest for 2 hours.
  • 3.   Mix the clusters + the dough one by one and cook in hot oil.
    If the dough + flower mixture is too liquid, add some flour.
    Place on paper towels to absorb the oil.
    Add sugar to the hot fritters.

Ingredients for servings

  • 12 stalk of acacia flower
  • 60 g of sugar
  • 125 g of flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of oil
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 100 ml of water
  • salt (according to taste)
