Sardine and Zucchini Crumble

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
  • 2.   Sauté the sardines in simmering oil.
  • 3.   Cut the zucchini into cubes and sauté them with garlic and onion until golden brown. Do not cover to allow them to dry out.
  • 4.   Make your crumble topping by mixing flour, butter, and parmesan cheese.
  • 5.   Layer sardines, zucchini, and crumble topping in a gratin dish.
  • 6.   Bake for approximately 30 minutes.
