1. On a kitchen sheet, cut the chicken into large pieces.
2. Peel, wash onions and chop finely.
3. Peel, wash the garlic and then pile it with salt and pepper.
4. Wash, seed the tomatoes and cut into small pieces.
5. Peel the peas.
6. Wash, peel the carrots, then cut into sticks.
7. Put a pan in the fire. Add a little oil and brown the chicken pieces.
8. Add chicken, thyme, onions and crushed garlic then let it scorch.
9. Shortly afterwards add the tomatoes, mix and cook for 10 min.
10. Then add the carrots and the peas and mix again.
11. Wet your preparation with a little water then simmer with cover for 30 min on a low fire.
12. Watch out for vegetables.
13. Wash and finely chop the parsley.
14. Once cooked, serve your preparation by sprinkling with chopped parsley.
