Shrimp and Chorizo Skewers with Green Sauce

Instructions

  • 1.   Thaw the shrimp and brush them with a little oil. Remove the skin from the chorizo and cut it into slices (12). On a small skewer, thread a slice of chorizo, a shrimp, a slice of chorizo, a shrimp. Cook the skewers for 2 minutes on each side.
  • 2.   For the sauce: Place all the ingredients in a bowl and blend. Serve the cooked skewers with the sauce on the side.
