Salmon and ham appetizers

Instructions

  • 1.   Remove the rind from the slices of ham and cut each slice into four pieces.
  • 2.   Cut each slice of smoked salmon in half.
  • 3.   Spread garlic and herb cream cheese on each slice of ham and smoked salmon.
  • 4.   Season all the slices with pepper to taste.
  • 5.   Roll up the slices of ham.
  • 6.   Do the same for the slices of smoked salmon.
  • 7.   Secure the rolled ham and smoked salmon with toothpicks. Place them on a serving dish.
  • 8.   Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate the rolls until ready to serve.
  • 9.   Serve the chilled rolls of ham and smoked salmon as an appetizer.

  • 2 white ham
  • 1 Boursin
  • 10 toothpicks
  • pepper (according to taste)
