Vegetable and Tuna Rillettes Amuse-Bouche

Instructions

  • 1.   Peel the carrots and cut them into small sticks.
  • 2.   Clean the lettuce leaves and dry them.
  • 3.   Mix the tuna rillettes in a container.
  • 4.   Spread the lettuce leaves, then the carrot sticks and the tuna rillettes on the crackers.
  • 5.   Finish by distributing the mint leaves over everything.
  • 6.   Keep the crackers refrigerated until ready to serve.
  • 7.   Enjoy chilled as an appetizer.
