Instructions

  • 1.   Rinse the chickpeas under tap water to remove a large part of the sodium used in the canning process.
  • 2.   Blend all the ingredients together until you obtain a smooth puree without lumps.
  • 3.   Some prefer it less smooth. It's up to you to choose. Some prefer it more liquid. Simply add a little water until you reach the desired consistency.
  • 4.   Variations: add 2 teaspoons of paprika or a few button mushrooms.

  • 1 small chickpeas (canned, drained weight)
  • 3 tablespoon of olive oil
  • ½ lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon of sesame cream
  • 1 garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of ground cumin
  • pepper (according to taste)
