Instructions

  • 1.   Bring the water to a boil. Remove from heat.
  • 2.   Add the buckwheat seeds.
  • 3.   Let it steep for 10 minutes.
  • 4.   Strain.
  • 5.   Let it cool down.
  • 6.   Optional: add a splash of lemon juice and enjoy, either only in the morning or, like your coach, throughout the day.
