Tuna and Leek Quiche

Instructions

  • 1.   STEP 1
    Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).

    STEP 2
    Beat the eggs.
    STEP 3
    Cut the onion into pieces and the leeks into rounds. Cook them in a pan.

    STEP 4
    When the volume reduces, add the milk and let it cook on low heat. At the end of cooking, add 1 MAGGI® Vegetable BOUILLON® cube and mix until the bouillon dissolves.

    STEP 5
    Remove from heat and add the tuna pieces and beaten eggs.

    STEP 6
    Place the puff pastry in the mold. Prick the pastry with a fork.

    STEP 7
    Pour the mixture into the mold.

    STEP 8
    Add a layer of grated cheese on top (like a pizza).

    STEP 9
    Bake for 30 to 35 minutes.

  • 3 eggs
  • 20 cl of milk
  • 20 cl of thick sour cream
