Leek tuna quiche

  • 1.   STEP 1 Preheat oven th.6 (180 ° C). STEP 2 Beat the eggs. STEP 3 Cut the onion into pieces and the leeks into slices. Cook them in a pan. STEP 4 When the volume is reduced, add the milk, simmer. At the end of cooking, add 1 capsule of BROTH CORD MAGGI® Vegetables and mix until the broth melts. STEP 5 Remove from heat and add tuna in pieces and beaten eggs. STEP 6 Put the puff pastry in the mold. Prick the dough with a fork. STEP 7 Pour the mixture into the pan. STEP 8 Add a layer of grated cheese to the surface (like a pizza). STEP 9 Bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
