Tuna and Ratatouille Brick

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  • 2.   Drain the tuna, place it on a flat plate, and crumble it with a fork.
    Put the ratatouille in a bowl. Add the crumbled tuna and couscous semolina.
    Mix well.
  • 3.   Grease a baking sheet with a cooking brush or place a silicone mat or parchment paper on a baking sheet.
  • 4.   On a cutting board, place a sheet of brick pastry. In the center, place a portion of the mixture to form a rectangle. Fold one side tightly, then fold the opposite side in the same way.
    Fold the sides and place the brick pastry on the baking sheet with the folded side down.
    Bake for 10 minutes.

Notes & Suggestions

  • For the ratatouille, you can make it yourself, buy it in a can, or buy it frozen.
