Instructions

  • 1.   Cut the chicken and leeks into pieces.
    Brown them in a skillet or in the oven. Season with salt and pepper.
  • 2.   Drain the beans. Toast the spices in a dry skillet.
  • 3.   Peel and finely chop the onion, sauté it in a saucepan. Add the spices, beans, and yogurt. Simmer for 10 minutes over low heat.
  • 4.   Add the chicken and leeks, continue cooking for 10 minutes. Adjust the seasoning, squeeze the juice of half a lemon, and sprinkle with coriander leaves.
