Instructions

  • 1.   Place the parmesan in the bowl. Blend for 7 seconds, speed 10. Scrape the sides of the bowl with a spatula.
  • 2.   Add the flour, baking powder, olive oil, whole milk, eggs, pepper, and mix for 30 seconds, speed 6.
  • 3.   Add the crumbled tuna and mix for 10 seconds, speed 3.
  • 4.   Preheat the oven to 200 °C (392 °F).
  • 5.   Pour into a greased loaf pan.
  • 6.   Bake for 1 hour. Let cool in the pan and serve warm.

  • 100 g of grated parmesan
  • 100 g of flour
  • 3 eggs
  • ½ baking powders
  • 10 g of butter
