Chicken with Chorizo and Bell Pepper Sauté

Instructions

  • 1.   Finely dice the chicken breasts, tomatoes, and sweet bell peppers.
  • 2.   Cut the chorizo into thick slices (about 1 cm).
  • 3.   Peel the onion and thinly slice it.
  • 4.   In a pan, add a little olive oil and sauté the onion. (For those who like it sweet, you can add a sugar cube with 1/2 glass of water).
  • 5.   Once the onions are golden, add the chicken and chorizo, stirring regularly.
  • 6.   Let it cook for 5 minutes.
  • 7.   Add the tomatoes and sweet bell peppers. Cook until the sauce has evaporated, stirring occasionally.
  • 8.   Before serving, add the fresh cream and let it cook on low heat for 5 minutes.
  • 9.   Season the preparation with salt and pepper according to taste, and serve.
