Punch

A homemade punch recipe that requires some effort

Instructions

  • 1.   Mix 50% of the juice; it will make it easier to cook the fruits and spices.
    Add:
    - Pineapple without the core
    - Kiwi
    - Orange and its zest
    - Lime zest
    - 1/2 lime
    - Cinnamon stick
    - 1/4 nutmeg
  • 2.   Cook the mixture over low heat for at least 1 hour.
    There should be a foam forming on top.
  • 3.   Let it cool and add the remaining juice, Rum (70cl - 1L of a mix of White Rum and Amber Rum)
  • 4.   Add cane sugar to taste.

  • 1 liter of pineapple juice
  • 2 liter of tropical cocktail juice
  • 2 pineapples
  • 5 kiwis
  • 1 liter of rum
  • 30 cl of cane sugar
  • 1 lime
  • 3 stalk of cinnamon stick
  • ½ nutmeg
  • 1 orange
