Instructions

  • 1.   Wash and cut the zucchini, turnips, and tomato into pieces. Peel and cut the carrots into pieces. Peel and slice the onion.
  • 2.   In the Cookeo pot, add the oil, chicken thighs, merguez sausages, and sliced onion, then start the browning mode for 5 minutes. Stir occasionally.
  • 3.   Add the zucchini, turnips, tomato, carrots, chickpeas, tomato paste, raz-el-hanout, chili, beef bouillon cube, water, salt, and pepper, then program for 15 minutes on pressure cooking mode.
  • 4.   Cook your couscous separately and serve.

  • 1 zucchini

  • 3 turnips
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 onion
  • 140 g of tomato paste

  • 1 teaspoon of chili pepper
  • 1 beef bouillon cube
  • 600 ml of water
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • salt (according to taste)
