Country-style sauté

Instructions

. Thaw the mushrooms

. Peel the potatoes
Cook them for about twenty minutes in salted boiling water
Drain them and once cooled, cut them into cubes.

. Peel and slice the onions
Sauté them in a sauté pan with a little oil

. Add the bacon and lightly grill it
5
. Add the mushrooms, then the diced potatoes
6
. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and brown the mixture, stirring occasionally to prevent it from sticking.

. Sprinkle with coarse salt and pepper just before serving.
