Country-style sauté

Instructions

  • 1.   Thaw the mushrooms
  • 2.   Peel the potatoes
    Cook them for about twenty minutes in salted boiling water
    Drain them and once cooled, cut them into cubes.
  • 3.   Peel and slice the onions
    Sauté them in a sauté pan with a little oil
  • 4.   Add the bacon and lightly grill it
  • 5.   Add the mushrooms, then the diced potatoes
  • 6.   Sprinkle with chopped parsley and brown the mixture, stirring occasionally to prevent it from sticking.
  • 7.   Sprinkle with coarse salt and pepper just before serving.

  • 8 potatoes
  • 2 onions
  • 150 g of smoked bacon
  • 400 g of button mushroom
  • 1 teaspoon of parsley mixture
  • 1 peanut oil
  • 1 garlic clove (optional)
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
