A bell pepper and leftovers from the fridge, baked in the oven and you're done!

Instructions

  • 1.   Cut the bell pepper and remove the seeds.
  • 2.   Fill with leftovers from the fridge (rice, corn, chili, tuna, red beans, vegetables, spices, ... use whatever you have)
    or improvise a mixture like rice / bacon / onions / mozzarella for example.

    Crack an egg OR cover with cheese if the filling allows it.
  • 3.   Bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 180°C.
