Filet mignon with Cookeo

Instructions

  • 1.   Peel and cut the carrots and potatoes into pieces. Slice the filet mignon and peel and slice the mushrooms.
  • 2.   Then, put the oil and the filet mignon in the Cookeo pot and brown for 2 minutes on each side. Add the white wine, water, beef cube, carrots, potatoes, mushrooms, salt, pepper, and program for 15 minutes on pressure cooking mode.
  • 3.   In a separate bowl, mix the cream with the mustard and then add it to the Cookeo pot once the cooking is finished. Take 1 ladle of broth and mix it with cornstarch, then add it back to the pot.
  • 4.   Adjust the seasoning and serve.
