Instructions

  • 1.   Cut the meat into pieces. Slice the chorizo.
  • 2.   In the Cookeo pot, sauté the meat in olive oil for 3 minutes. Add the flour and mix with a wooden spoon.
  • 3.   Add the olives, chorizo, water, tomato paste, salt, and pepper, and start pressure cooking for 20 minutes.
  • 4.   Adjust the seasoning and serve.
