Smoked salmon canapés on cucumber

Do not hesitate to replace the salmon with trout or even shrimp and the fresh cheese with goat cheese for example.

Instructions

  • 1.   Rinse the cucumber and without peeling it, cut it into about 20 slices.
  • 2.   Beat the fresh cheese, herbs, salt, and pepper.
  • 3.   Arrange the cucumber slices on a plate. Place a little cheese mixture on top and finish with a slice of salmon. Sprinkle with chopped chives. Serve very chilled.

  • 2 slice of smoked salmon
  • 100 g of cream cheese
  • 2 g of fresh dill
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 5 stalk of chives
  • parsley (according to taste)
