Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven th.7.
  • 2.   Slice the leeks. Melt in a little butter. When they are melted, add two tablespoons of cream, salt, pepper, and flavor with nutmeg, according to your taste. Spread this mixture on the bottom of the dough and cover completely with smoked salmon (whole slices or strips).
  • 3.   In a large bowl, mix the whole eggs, the cream, the milk (or more depending on the desired consistency), the grated cheese, the salt, the pepper and possibly a little nutmeg. Pour this mixture on the quiche and cook for about 30 minutes.
