Instructions

  • 1.   Crumble the beef bouillon cube and pour in the glass of white wine. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • 2.   Add the ingredients one by one to the pot, starting with the ham, rice, and button mushrooms.
  • 3.   Pour in enough water to cover the ingredients.
  • 4.   Set the Cookeo to "pressure cooking" or "quick cooking" for 6 minutes (half the time indicated on the rice package).
