Strasbourg Sausage with Bacon

Instructions

. Preheat the oven to 180 °C (350 °F)

. Cut the sausages in half lengthwise, making sure not to separate the two halves

. Cut the cheese slices into strips about 1/2 cm (1/4 inch) wide (5 strips per slice)

. Insert the cheese into the sausage, using 1.5 to 2 strips per sausage.

. Wrap the sausages with bacon
6
. Bake in the oven (or vertical oven) for 10 to 15 minutes.
